Open the Instagram app
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Accounts
Select your Facebook account
Tap Remove from Accounts Center
Confirm the removal
If needed, go to Settings and privacy
Tap Account Center
Check that Facebook is no longer linked
If your posts or login are still connected, review Sharing across profiles and Login with accounts
Turn off any Facebook sharing options you want disabled
