Open the Wallet app on your iPhone
Tap the Apple Pay card used for the charge
Find and tap the transaction
Tap Report an Issue or Contact Merchant if available
Follow the prompts to dispute the charge
Contact your card issuer directly if the charge is not resolved in Wallet
Call the number on the back of your card
Use your bank or card issuer’s app or website to file a dispute
Provide the transaction date, amount, and merchant name
Explain why the charge is incorrect, unauthorized, or duplicated
Keep any receipts, messages, or proof related to the charge
Monitor your account for updates from the card issuer
