Open Cash App on your phone
Tap the Activity tab
Select the charge you want to dispute
Tap the merchant or payment details
Choose Need Help or Report an Issue
Select I was charged incorrectly or a similar option
Follow the prompts to submit your dispute
Add any relevant details about the charge
Contact the merchant to request a refund if needed
Check your email and Cash App notifications for updates
If the charge was made with your Cash App Card, contact Cash App support through the app for further help
