Open the Wallet app on your iPhone
Tap the Apple Pay card used for the transaction
Find and tap the disputed transaction
Check the merchant name, date, and amount
Contact the merchant first to request a refund or correction
If the issue is not resolved, contact your card issuer or bank
Use the phone number on the back of your card or in your banking app
Tell the issuer you want to dispute an Apple Pay transaction
Provide the transaction date, amount, merchant name, and reason for dispute
Submit any required documents or screenshots
Follow the issuer’s instructions for the dispute process
Monitor your account for temporary credit or updates
