Open your PowerPoint presentation
Go to the slide where you want to start the voiceover
Click the Slide Show tab
Select Record Slide Show
Choose Record from Beginning or Record from Current Slide
Allow PowerPoint to access your microphone if prompted
Start speaking to record your narration
Use the controls to pause, stop, or restart recording as needed
Move through the slides while recording each slide’s audio
Save the recording when finished
Play the slideshow to review the voiceover
Re-record any slide if needed
Export or present the file with the recorded narration included
