Open the PowerPoint presentation
Select the slide you want to narrate
Go to the Slide Show tab
Click Record Slide Show
Choose whether to start from the beginning or current slide
Enable microphone access if prompted
Speak clearly into the microphone
Advance through the slides as you narrate
Pause or stop recording when needed
Save the recorded narration
Review the presentation to check audio and timing
Export or present the narrated slideshow as needed
