Open Instagram
Swipe right to open the camera
Select Boomerang from the options at the bottom
Tap and hold the capture button
Keep moving until the Boomerang is created
Edit the Boomerang if needed
Tap Next
Add a caption, location, or tags if desired
Tap Share to post it
