Go to Instagram settings and request a copy of your information
Download the archive when it is ready and extract the files
Use your device screenshot tool if you only need a copy for personal reference
Use a browser extension or third-party downloader only if it complies with Instagram’s terms and the content owner’s rights
Save the image to your device after downloading
Make sure you have permission before downloading or reusing someone else’s photos
