Gather a loom, rubber bands, a hook, and a clasp
Set the loom with the pegs facing upward
Place the first band in a figure-eight on two pegs if needed for your pattern
Add bands across the pegs in your chosen design
Use the hook to lift the bottom band over the top band and off the peg
Repeat the looping process across all pegs
Add new bands and continue looping until the bracelet reaches the desired length
Attach the clasp to the final bands
Remove the bracelet from the loom
Secure the other end of the clasp to finish the bracelet
