Press Search + Shift + Space to open the emoji picker
Select an emoji to insert it
If the picker doesn’t appear, open Settings, then Advanced, then Accessibility, then Manage accessibility features, and ensure Emoji keyboard/picker is enabled
Use Ctrl + V to paste emojis after copying them from the emoji picker or another source
If using a Chromebook keyboard with a dedicated emoji key, press that key to open the emoji picker
