Use the emoji picker that appears

Click an emoji to insert it

On some Chromebooks, press Launcher + Shift + Space

Right-click in a text field and choose Emoji if available

Use the on-screen keyboard and select the emoji key if enabled

Copy and paste emojis from another source if needed
