Gather nail polish remover, cotton pads, nail file, buffer, cuticle pusher, base coat, sheer pink or nude polish, white polish, top coat, and French tip guides or tape
Remove old polish and clean your nails
Trim and file nails to your desired shape
Push back cuticles and buff the nail surface lightly
Apply a thin layer of base coat and let it dry
Apply one or two thin coats of sheer pink or nude polish and let them dry
Place French tip guides or tape across each nail, leaving the tip exposed
Paint the exposed tips with white polish
Remove the guides or tape while the polish is still slightly wet
Let the tips dry completely
Apply a top coat over the full nail
Clean up any mistakes with a small brush or cotton swab dipped in remover
Let nails dry fully before using your hands
