Start with clean, dry hair (or lightly damp hair if your hair holds curls better when not fully dry)
Brush out tangles and smooth the hair
Choose a heatless curl method:
Heatless curl headband (fabric rollers)
Heatless hair ribbon/strap (fabric tie)
Heatless socks/foam rollers (fabric-covered rollers)
Divide hair into sections as needed (usually 2 sections, then smaller sections)
Position the headband/roller/strap at the crown of your head (or at the top of the hairline)
Take a small section of hair
Wrap the section around the roller/strap away from your face
Continue wrapping until the ends meet the base/roller
Secure the ends using the provided ties or a soft clip
Repeat for all sections until the full head is wrapped
Keep the wraps snug but not tight
Wear overnight or for 4–8 hours (or until hair is fully dry if you started damp)
Remove all ties/rollers carefully
Gently separate curls with fingers (avoid brushing unless you want a softer wave)
Mist with light hairspray if needed
Let curls set for a few minutes before touching heavily
