Select the text you want to make subscript
Go to the Home tab
Click the Font dialog box launcher
Check Subscript
Click OK
Shortcut on Windows: Ctrl + =
Shortcut on Mac: Command + =
To remove subscript, select the text and repeat the same steps or use the shortcut again
