Select the text you want to make superscript
Go to the Home tab
In the Font group, click the small dialog box launcher
Check Superscript
Click OK
On Windows, you can also use Ctrl + Shift + = after selecting the text
On Mac, you can also use Command + Shift + =
To turn superscript off, select the text again and repeat the same steps or use the shortcut again
