Open your PowerPoint presentation
Select the slide where you want the audio
Go to the Insert tab
Click Audio
Choose Audio on My PC or Record Audio
Select the audio file or record your voice
Click Insert
Resize or move the audio icon if needed
Open the Playback tab to adjust audio settings
Choose when the audio starts, such as On Click or Automatically
Set options like Play Across Slides, Loop until Stopped, or Hide During Show if needed
Save your presentation
Run the slideshow to test the audio
