Open PowerPoint
Go to File
Select New
Choose a template from the available options
Use the search bar to find a specific template
Click the template you want
Select Create or Download
Replace placeholder text with your content
Insert your own images, charts, and graphics
Adjust colors, fonts, and layouts as needed
Save the presentation
Use the template again by saving it as a PowerPoint file or custom template
