Use the `UPPER` function: `=UPPER(A1)`
Replace `A1` with the cell containing the text
Press Enter
Copy the formula down for more cells if needed
To convert text permanently, copy the results
Paste Special as Values
Use Flash Fill if available by typing the uppercase version and applying it to the rest of the column
Use Find and Replace only if you are changing text manually in specific cells
