Open your Google Docs document
Select the text you want to double-space (or skip to apply to the whole document)
Click Format
Click Line & paragraph spacing
Click Double
To double-space the entire document: press Ctrl + A (Windows/ChromeOS) or Command + A (Mac), then choose Format → Line & paragraph spacing → Double
