Open the Google Docs app on your iPhone
Open the document you want to download
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner
Tap Share & export
Tap Send a copy
Choose a file format such as PDF or Word
Tap OK or Send
Choose Save to Files or another app
Select a folder on your iPhone
Tap Save
