Tap the video to open it
Tap the download icon if the video has not been saved yet
Wait for the video to finish downloading
On Android, open your Gallery or Files app to find the video
On iPhone, open the Photos app to find the video
If the video is already downloaded, tap the share icon
Select Save to Files, Save Video, or a similar option
Check your device storage if the video does not download
Make sure WhatsApp has permission to access photos and storage
Use a stable internet connection if the download fails
