Go to the Boris FX website
Search for BCC Plugins
Choose the After Effects version
Sign in or create an account
Download the installer
Run the installer
Select Adobe After Effects during setup
Complete the installation
Open After Effects
Verify the BCC plugins appear in the Effects panel
