Open Telegram on your device
Open the chat, channel, or group containing the file
Find the photo, video, document, or audio you want to download
Tap the file or the download icon
Wait for the download to complete
Open the downloaded file from Telegram or your device’s downloads folder
On desktop, right-click the file and choose Save As if available
On mobile, check your gallery, files app, or downloads folder
Make sure you have enough storage space and a stable internet connection
