Install the Netflix app from the Microsoft Store on a Windows laptop
Open the Netflix app and sign in to your account
Make sure your plan supports downloads
Search for the movie or TV show you want
Open the title’s page
Click the Download icon next to the episode or movie
For TV shows, download each episode individually or use the download season option if available
Wait for the download to finish
Open the Downloads section in the Netflix app to watch offline
Note that downloads are not available in a web browser on laptops
Note that Mac laptops do not support Netflix downloads through the Netflix app
