Install the Netflix app from the Microsoft Store on a Windows laptop
Open the Netflix app and sign in to your account
Make sure your plan supports downloads
Search for the movie or TV show you want to download
Open the title page
Click the Download icon next to the episode or movie
Wait for the download to finish
Go to My Downloads to watch offline
To delete a download, open My Downloads and remove the title
