Visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal
Log in using your PAN/Aadhaar and password
Go to the e-File or View Filed Returns section
Select the relevant assessment year
Open the filed return details
Click on Download or View Filed Return
Download the ITR-V acknowledgment or filed return copy
Save the file to your device
Enter the OTP if prompted for verification
Use the registered mobile number or email if login credentials are forgotten
Check the Downloads or Submitted Returns section if the file is not visible
