Visit the Income Tax e-Filing portal
Log in using your PAN/Aadhaar and password
Go to the e-File or View Returns/Forms section
Select Income Tax Returns
Choose the relevant assessment year
Click on Download or View Filed Return
Download the ITR-V acknowledgment or the filed return copy
Save the file to your device
If needed, download the XML or JSON file from the same return history section
