Enter your Jeevan Pramaan ID or Aadhaar number
Authenticate using the registered mobile number or biometric method
Log in with your credentials if required
Go to the certificate download or view certificate section
Select the relevant pensioner certificate
Click on the download option
Save the PDF certificate to your device
Print the downloaded certificate if needed
