Install the Netflix app from the Microsoft Store on a Windows laptop
Sign in to your Netflix account
Make sure your plan supports downloads
Search for the movie you want to download
Open the movie’s details page
Click the Download icon if it is available
Wait for the download to finish
Open the Netflix app and go to Downloads to watch offline
On a Mac laptop, use Netflix in a supported mobile app environment if available, since standard browser downloads are not supported
Check your downloaded titles in the Downloads section before going offline
