Open the Netflix app on your device
Sign in to your Netflix account
Find the movie or TV show you want to download
Check that the title has a download icon
Tap the download icon
Wait for the download to finish
Open the Downloads section in the app to watch offline
To download a TV show, open the show and select the episode or season to download
Make sure you have enough storage space on your device
Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi if you want to avoid using mobile data
