Open Google Photos in your web browser
Sign in to your Google account
Select the photo or photos you want to download
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
Click Download
Save the file to your computer
To download multiple photos, select them first
Click the three-dot menu
Click Download
Wait for the ZIP file to finish downloading
Extract the ZIP file on your computer if needed
To download all photos, go to Google Takeout
Sign in to your Google account
Select Google Photos
Choose the albums or data you want
Click Next step
Choose export settings
Click Create export
Download the exported files when ready
On a computer, you can also drag photos from Google Photos to a local folder only if using a sync or export method
Check your browser’s download location if you cannot find the file
Make sure you have enough storage space on your computer
