Open Google Photos or the Google app
Sign in to your Google account
Tap the profile icon or menu
Select Google Photos if using the Google app
Tap the Upload or plus button
Choose Photos and videos
Select the photo from your device
Tap Upload or Done
Wait for the upload to complete
Check that the photo appears in your Google Photos library
