Connect your iPhone to your PC with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
Open the Photos app on your PC
Select Import
Choose From a USB device
Select the photos you want to download
Click Import Selected or Import All
Wait for the transfer to finish
Open File Explorer on your PC
Go to This PC
Open Apple iPhone
Open Internal Storage
Open DCIM
Copy the photos to a folder on your PC
Use iCloud Photos on your PC if you want wireless transfer
Install iCloud for Windows
Sign in with your Apple ID
Turn on Photos
Download photos from iCloud to your PC
Use Google Photos or OneDrive if your photos are backed up there
Download the photos from the cloud service website or app
