Connect your iPhone to the Windows 10 PC with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
Open the Photos app on your Windows 10 PC
Click Import in the top-right corner
Select From a USB device
Wait for Windows to detect your iPhone photos
Choose the photos you want to import
Select the import destination folder if needed
Click Import Selected or Import All
Wait for the transfer to complete
Safely disconnect your iPhone after import finishes
