Draw a flat horizontal oval for the top of the hat

Draw a small button at the center of the top
Draw a tassel hanging from the button
Add a thin string for the tassel
Draw the tassel strands at the end of the string
Add a rectangular base under the hat if needed
Outline the shapes with clean, dark lines
Erase any extra sketch marks
