Refine the outline of the face

Draw the hair in large sections first
Add smaller hair strands after the main shape
Shade the face using light and shadow areas
Blend shadows smoothly where needed
Keep highlights on the forehead, nose, cheeks, and lips
Compare both sides of the face for symmetry
Add neck and shoulders for support
Erase construction lines carefully
