Draw a large oval for the head

Draw two large ears on the sides of the head
Add inner ear shapes
Block in the neck with a short curved form
Draw the torso as a rounded chest with a tapered waist
Add a belt/waistband line across the torso
Sketch the arms as two slightly curved tubes
Add glove shapes at the hands
Draw the legs as two long tapered shapes
Add shoe shapes at the bottom of the legs
Sketch quills/spikes along the back and sides of the head
Add arm spikes or forearm details if desired
Refine the outline with clean confident lines
Erase extra construction lines
Add color guides: blue body, white muzzle/belly, red/white shoes, and black outlines/details
Ink over the final pencil lines
Color the drawing
