Wipe off excess sweat with a clean towel
Remove any detachable padding or liners if possible
Open all straps, vents, and closures
Air-dry in a well-ventilated area
Place near a fan to speed drying
Keep out of direct sunlight
Avoid using a dryer, heater, or hair dryer
Stuff with dry paper towels or newspaper to absorb moisture
Replace damp paper towels or newspaper as needed
Dry both the inside and outside completely before storing
Store only when fully dry
