Empty the pot completely
Scrape out any residue
Wash the pot if needed
Rinse thoroughly
Shake off excess water
Wipe the inside and outside with a clean towel
Dry the rim and handles
Place the pot upside down on a drying rack
Leave it in a well-ventilated area
Let it air-dry fully before storing
