Use eggs that are not extremely fresh
Add eggs to already boiling water
Boil for the desired time
Transfer eggs immediately to an ice bath
Let eggs cool completely
Gently tap the shell all over
Roll the egg on a hard surface to crack the shell
Peel under running water
Start peeling from the wider end
Remove the shell in larger pieces when possible
