Open the cheat console
Press Ctrl + Shift + C on PC
Press Command + Shift + C on Mac
Press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 on PlayStation
Press LB + LT + RB + RT on Xbox
Type testingcheats true and press Enter
Type cas.fulleditmode and press Enter
Hold Shift and click the Sim on PC
Select Modify in CAS
On console, select the Sim and use the edit option in Create a Sim
Make your changes in Create a Sim
Save and exit CAS
