Open Build/Buy mode
Select the object you want to place
Press and hold Alt to freely rotate objects
Use the comma key , to rotate left
Use the period key . to rotate right
On console, use the left and right triggers or shoulder buttons to rotate
On some objects, press R on keyboard to rotate
In live mode, use the object interaction if rotation is available before placing it
