Open the PDF file in a PDF editor
Use Adobe Acrobat, Foxit PDF Editor, or PDF-XChange Editor
Use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome for basic viewing and limited editing
Click the Edit tool in the PDF editor
Select the text or image you want to change
Type new text or replace the existing content
Add, delete, or move pages if needed
Insert signatures, comments, or annotations if required
Save the edited file
Use Save As to keep the original PDF unchanged
Convert the PDF to Word if direct editing is not available
Edit the Word file and convert it back to PDF
Use online PDF editors if you do not want to install software
