Open the PDF in a PDF editor (Adobe Acrobat, Foxit PDF Editor, or similar)
Select the tool for editing text or objects (Edit PDF)
Click the text you want to change
Edit the text, font, size, or formatting as needed
Move, resize, or replace images/shapes using the selection and transform tools
Add new content (text boxes, images, shapes) using the Add tools
Remove content using the Delete/Remove tool
Check and fix layout issues after edits
Add comments or annotations if needed (optional)
Save the changes (Save or Save As)
Export to a new PDF version if required (Export PDF)
