Open the PDF in a PDF editor
Use the edit text tool to change existing text
Add text boxes to insert new text
Insert images if needed
Delete unwanted text, images, or pages
Rearrange pages by dragging them into order
Highlight, underline, or strike through text if supported
Fill out form fields if the PDF is a form
Save the edited file as a new PDF
Use OCR if the PDF is scanned and text is not editable
