Open the world you want to play
Pause the game
Select Open to LAN
Turn Allow Cheats to ON
Select Start LAN World
Use chat to enter cheat commands
For a new world, select Create New World
Open More World Options
Turn Allow Cheats to ON
Create the world
On a server, make sure you have operator permissions
Use the server console or operator commands to enable cheats if allowed by the server settings
