1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Heat the condensed milk and butter in a saucepan over low heat
Stir constantly until the mixture turns smooth and caramel-colored
Add the salt and vanilla extract
Stir until fully combined
Remove from heat
