Open Safari
Click Safari in the top menu
Select Settings
Click the Websites tab
Click Pop-up Windows in the sidebar
Find the website you want to allow
Choose Allow from the dropdown next to that website
If needed, set the default option to Allow for other websites
Close the Settings window
