Restart your PC and enter BIOS/UEFI setup
Press the required key during startup, such as F2, Del, Esc, or F10
Find the CPU, Advanced, Security, or Virtualization settings menu
Enable Intel Virtualization Technology, Intel VT-x, AMD-V, SVM Mode, or Virtualization Extensions
Save the changes and exit BIOS/UEFI
Let Windows 10 restart normally
Open Task Manager
Go to the Performance tab
Select CPU
Check that Virtualization shows Enabled
If needed, turn on Hyper-V in Windows Features
Open Control Panel
Select Programs
Select Turn Windows features on or off
Check Hyper-V
Click OK and restart the PC
