Open your device Settings
Go to Privacy or Security settings
Select Camera or Webcam permissions
Turn on camera access for the device
Enable webcam access for the app or browser you want to use
Check browser site permissions if using a web app
Allow camera access when prompted
Restart the app or browser if needed
Test the webcam in the app or on a camera test site
