Open the Facebook app or website
Go to your profile or the page where the post appears
Find the post you want to erase
Select the three dots menu on the post
Click or tap Delete post
Confirm the deletion
If needed, choose Hide from profile or Move to trash instead of deleting, depending on the option shown
