Open Gmail and sign in to your account
Click the Google Apps icon in the top-right corner
Select Contacts
In Google Contacts, choose the contacts you want to extract
Click Export
Select the export format you want
Click Export to download the contacts file
If needed, open Gmail contacts through the Contacts app directly at contacts.google.com
To extract all contacts, use the export option without selecting individual entries
To extract only specific contacts, select only those contacts before exporting
